About the Placeholder Image Generator

The Placeholder Image Generator creates PNG, JPEG, and SVG placeholder images locally using the browser's Canvas API and inline SVG. You set the dimensions, colors, and label; the image is generated instantly and can be downloaded or copied as a data URL, HTML snippet, or CSS snippet.

The tool supports dimensions from 1×1 to 5000×5000 pixels and is free to use without any limit.
