Why keyword lists are always full of duplicates

The keyword research workflow almost guarantees duplicates. Each tool has its own database, and high-value keywords appear in all of them. • Trim whitespace: ON — Tool exports sometimes include trailing spaces. Trim to avoid false non-duplicates.
• Keep blank lines: OFF — Remove blank rows from between keyword groups in exported files.
• Sort output: optional — Sorting alphabetically helps identify keyword clusters manually. Disable to preserve original priority order.

Merging multiple keyword sources

• Export the keyword column (just the keywords, not the metrics) from each tool.
